What is NOS product?
NOS (new old stock) products are long-term inventory products. These are products that have been stored in the warehouse for a while but the packaging is still new and intact.
I want to know the status of NOS products?
NOS products go through the same rigorous quality control process as all other products, and are thoroughly inspected before being packed and shipped to you. Can I pre-order products that are not yet available?
Yes! Other than custom orders, all pre-orders/reservations require a 100% deposit of the total product value, or a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% payment upon arrival. Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team to reserve/reserve your product today!
Is my order guaranteed?
Yes! All orders are warranted for one year from the date of purchase after you register your order information with your Swee Lee account.
Can I check the product before buying?
Except for products displayed in the store, our warehouse goods are always kept in original packaging with original tags. If you want to check the product before buying online, please call Swee Lee showroom before coming to the store, our staff is always enthusiastic to support!
