The Ibanez BTB845 is a five-string solid body electric bass, part of the BTB series, and was introduced in 2017. Crafted in Indonesia as part of the Standard line, this bass model reflects Ibanez's commitment to quality and performance.

The BTB845 boasts a compact design, featuring neck-through-body construction with a poplar burl top and mahogany back on ash wings. The maple and rosewood neck supports a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard adorned with abalone dot position markers. Noteworthy components include Bartolini BH2 passive pickups, an Ibanez custom preamp with a three-band EQ, stainless steel frets (including a zero fret), and individually mounted Mono-rail V bridges with 19mm string spacing. The bass also includes a locking Neutrik stereo output jack, a plastic nut, and reliable Ibanez tuning machines.
