The Ibanez TMB105, introduced in 2016, is a five-string electric bass model belonging to the Talman Bass series. Crafted in Indonesia, it falls under the Standard line, showcasing Ibanez's commitment to quality craftsmanship and performance.
The TMB105 showcases an asymmetric double-cutaway mahogany body attached to a maple neck, complemented by a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard adorned with white dot position markers. Notable components include a pair of Ibanez Dynamix passive pickups, strategically placed in a red tortoise pickguard—a Precision pickup at the neck and a Jazz pickup at the bridge. The bass is equipped with an Ibanez custom preamp featuring a two-band EQ. Further features include a B15W bridge with 18mm string spacing, a plastic nut, and reliable Ibanez open-tuning machines.
