We took the 00X1AE as our model. The result is the 00-X2E. This Grand Concert-sized model features a Sitka spruce top, high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides with a mahogany grain pattern. New mother-of-pearl inlays on the rosette and fingerboard give the 00-X2E a rich beauty that makes it a statement instrument, both in appearance and in playability. With a Performing Artist neck, select hardwood fretboard and bridge, the tone quality of this guitar has been significantly improved. It features Fishman® MX electronics and Martin’s Authentic Acoustic Lifespan® 2.0 strings. Complete with a new, soft, foam-padded headstock, bridge and endpin case, and a durable, water-resistant case, this guitar is ready to go anywhere.
