Tama began manufacturing drums in 1965 under the name "Star Drums", and the Star name is still used for Tama drum models today. Tama was one of the first manufacturers to offer super-strong hardware, and drum mounting systems that do not intrude on the drum shell. Tama drums and hardware are renowned worldwide. Part of Tama's first Chair series, the Round Rider XL drum chair offers great comfort thanks to its larger seat surface and thicker padding. It also features Rocklok nylon bushings to prevent wobbling and a smooth T-bolt height adjustment system. The dual-leg base provides extra strength and stability, and the Round Rider XL is adjustable in height from 18" to 26".
