Fender Custom Shop Ltd Ed Roasted 1961 Super Heavy Relic Stratocaster Guitar, Aged 3 Tone Sunburst

The Limited Edition Roasted '61 Strat Super Heavy Relic embodies everything that made 1961 so special, with a few Fender Custom Shop-only tweaks that will appeal to even the most discerning player. The extreme relic lacquer finish gives it the look and feel of a guitar that lights up any stage. The two-piece select alder body (ash on the natural, aged finish model) is tempered for a deep, rich color, recreating a guitar that has endured years of combat with reduced humidity and increased durability.

Custom-stained, tempered, quartersawn maple big “C” neck, 9.5” curved rosewood fingerboard with 21 jumbo frets (6100). Hot hand-wound Texas Special pickups for blistering tone, 5-way switch, and Strat “1/2 blender” wiring system let players blend neck and bridge pickups together in the 1st and 2nd positions.

Other features include a mint green 3-ply pickguard, vintage-style Custom Shop synchronized tremolo, vintage-style tuners, ivory nut and metal spacer. Comes with a premium hardcase, strap and COA.
