Designed from the ground up to perfection, Emissary Walrus Audio has developed a new 2-into-1 boost circuit that lets you get crisp leads, slide sings, and fingerpicking while also giving your tube amps a natural, awesome breakup. The Emissary Parallel Boost features two independent boost circuits that run parallel to each other. The pedal uses either one on its own, or you can mix and match them by turning each knob to your desired level. The top knob controls the volume for the “bright” boost circuit. This is a clean, high-headroom JFET boost circuit that puts a little emphasis on the higher frequencies to bring your sound to life. The bottom knob controls the volume for the “mid” boost circuit. This circuit has a boost target of 1kHz or 800Hz, selected by a toggle switch.
